The audio guide for the Palace is available in 12 languages (Chinese, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Ukrainian and Spanish) and for the Estate of Trianon in 3 languages (English, French and Spanish).
There is a special audio guide for children aged 7 and over, in French.
A video guide in French sign language is also available.

You can collect your audioguide at the audioguide desk in the Palace and in the Estate of Trianon after you have gone through the ticket barriers.
The audio guide is equipped with a speaker and is compatible with audio induction loops for hearing- impaired visitors.

A free rate is available directly at the counter upon presentation of proof, to:
- Disabled people and the person accompanying them,
- Holders of the card “Relais Culturels”.
