Over the three days, historians, art historians, archivists, European riding schools, philosophers, artists and craftsmen of excellence will take a multidisciplinary approach to exploring the role of the horse and equestrian civilization from the 16th century to the present day.

This half-day event will evoke the strong symbolic value of the horse in myth, religion, literature and music since Antiquity, and its major contribution to the passage from one civilization to another through the speed and power it is still synonymous with today.
